Tell us about your department: Lead media strategy and investment for the enterprise and our retail media network Ads, inclusive of offsite/paid and onsite/in-store media channels, in support of business goals. The Media Strategy team is made up of ~40 people and is part of the Marketing organization.

Project Description: In December, we are launching a new toolset to manage campaign planning and workflow. As a part of this launch, the role and responsibilities of the Media Strategy team are expanding in scope. We are looking to add incremental resources to the team to help manage the increased responsibilities and projected increase in campaign volume/media plans. The term of the contract will be approximately 9 months (November 2024 - July 2025).

Position Summary/ This role supports the strategic media planning process for assigned campaigns by recommending the best media mix and channels to deliver business objectives. This role will primarily partner with Brand Strategy, Partner & Category Marketing, Media Agency, Creative, and Channel Owners to deliver integrated media plans to internal partners/clients. This role will report into a Manager and will not have any direct reports. They will assist in managing the relationship with the Media Agency.

Skills Overview:
8+ Years of progressive media planning experience in advertising agency, client, or retail media network setting.
Digital planning and/or buying experience; familiarity managing programmatic and brand onsite campaigns across all digital channels including display, video, CTV, social, and retargeting.
Media Planning/Strategy.
Project coordination skills including rigorous attention to detail, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Cross-functional collaboration, especially in a highly matrixed, fast-paced environment.
Experience managing budgets.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred/Nice to Have Skills:
Experience managing integrated paid media programs for a national, retail brand.
Experience managing million-dollar budgets.
Experience with paid search, affiliates, CRM/email, influencers.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products, Salesforce Media Cloud, Workfront.
Experience managing an external agency partner.
Experience with Retail Media Networks.

Interview Process Overview:
1x 60-minute virtual interview with Media Strategy leader(s) - Director and/or Managers.
