HR Office Coordinator

The HR Office Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Human Resources and Sales teams. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by assisting with recruitment, employee record management, training coordination, and sales administration tasks. This person has strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Duties:

Sales Administration:
1. Assist the sales team with scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing client communication.
2. Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring all client information is accurate and current.
3. Process sales orders and order acknowledgements and ensure that all sales-related documents and processes are adhered to.
4. Provide support for sales-related queries from clients and resolve issues promptly.
Human Resources Support:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and organizing hiring paperwork.
2. Help maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and regulatory requirements.
3. Assist with the administration of employee benefits, payroll processing, and other HR functions as needed.
General Office Coordination:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquires related to HR and Sales administration.
2. Ensure a well-organized office environment by managing supplies, scheduling team meetings, and supporting event planning efforts.
3. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects to support the broader team.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in administrative support, HR coordination, or sales administration.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS and CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred but not required:
1. Experience in manufacturing or a related industry.
2. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
