PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Translate data into stories, visuals and models that can be used to make sound data-driven decisions. Be a trusted advisor to Anchor's decision-makers while determining Anchor's financial planning and analysis needs on a go-forward basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design, create and maintain comprehensive financial models to support decision-making

• Partner with department leaders across the company to understand key business levers

• Prepare analyses and materials to communicate business performance and trends to the executive team

• Lead and drive efficiencies in Anchor's annual and long-range budgeting and forecasting process

• Set, track, and streamline user friendly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as needed

• Serve as a financial expert, providing insights to contribute to the assessment of both new and existing investment opportunities

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Five+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including at least two years concentrated in FP&A

• Exceptional spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently in a challenging and fast-paced environment; manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic environment

• Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into an easily understood format

• Extraordinarily detailed oriented, while not losing sight of the big picture, with strong work ethic and team-first attitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Investment Banking, Private Equity, Big Four or MBB experience

• Experience with Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI and Jet Reporting

All vision abilities are required to encompass close-up work. On occasion, employee must be able to tolerate and endure extended seasonal hours and maintain alertness to meet deadlines.
