Position Overview

Residential Therapists provide individual or group therapy to Adult clients. Therapists collaborate in a multi-disciplinary setting with other Emily Program clinicians to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8 hour days between 7:
30am to 6pm
Up to two evenings a week

How Therapists Empower Recovery

Develops, implements and coordinates services and monitors and evaluates individualized treatment plans
Conducts assigned group counseling sessions and therapeutic meal support
Collaborate with Emily Program Staff, community professionals, and community agencies to ensure continuity of care
Maintain timely clinical documentation in compliance with The Emily Program policies and regulatory standards and may participate in quality assessment/peer review of documentation
Maintains and enhances knowledge of current clinical practice, strategies, and developments through participation in his or her professional organization; attending related seminars, workshops, and conferences; and reviewing literature

Qualifications

Master's Degree in clinical mental health, social work, or related field.
Current independent license (or actively working towards licensure) in the state of MN required (LP, LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHC)
Individual & family psychotherapy experience required

Compensation

Salary is based off independent or provisional licensure and experience.

Pre-Independently Licensed Therapists encouraged to apply. We provide supervision at no cost.
