We are currently looking for a temporaryAdministrative Assistantthat will be supporting our loan documentation department and Office Administrator.

In this position, you will:

Receive and review third-party vendor invoices and input data into our SalesForce CRM.
Review new third-party vendors and perform required due diligence according to processes and procedures.
Basic review of documentation and collateral exhibits.
Assist in basic office duties at the discretion of the Office Administrator. Duties may include opening and distributing mail, taking inventory of office supplies and other provisions.
Obtain insurance certificates.
Obtain UCC filings and any other documents as required.
Maintain a specialized knowledge of the documentation department's function, terminology, policies and procedures, and related laws and regulations at the local, state and federal levels.

To be considered, you will need:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office with strong skills in Excel & Word.
SalesForce CRM experience is preferred.
Have strong analytical/math skills to identify and resolve problems.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects at one time.

Salary Range Information

Our base salary for this position located in Minnesota generally ranges between $19.23 and $21.63 hourly, depending on business need and on your qualifications and experience. Base salary does not include incentive compensation, commission, or any other type of remuneration or benefits.
