Requirements

Seeking an individual who has:

Prior transportation experience in Truckload/Local Cartage/Broker capacity.
The ability to adapt and be flexible in an environment where priorities and load schedules are constantly changing.
A high level of interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with drivers and customers verbally or in written/messaging format.
Knowledge of business processes, transportation and dispatch terminology.
The ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
Participation skills in a team environment and able communicate effectively.
Geographical knowledge of the assigned metro area and the Midwest.
Truckmate (TMW) software experience (preferred).
Data Entry
Deadline driven
Self-motivated
Assist with reports for Dispatchers
Room for advancement in a growing company
Other duties as assigned
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities to grow the position
Strong communication skills both verbal and written

High School Diploma/GED and minimum of a two-year college degree (associate degree) and knowledge of the transportation industry (preferred
