6+ years of relevant experience in Citrix Xenapp & VMware infrastructure administration Education :

E / Any Graduate / Diploma Citrix Skills Very strong knowledge and working experience on u Good Hands on experience with Xendesktop 7.
6 & Citrix XenApp 6.
0 & Higher versions u Knowledge of Advanced administration, maintenance of Citrix infrastructure and published applications and desktops u Managing Citrix PVS environment, vDisk update, Troubleshooting PVS issues.
u Day-to-day operational management and support of the company's enterprise class, mission-critical Citrix infrastructure, including XenApp, XenDesktop, PVS, App-V, and NetScaler environments u Maintain and Configure Citrix Storefront/Web Interface u Good hands on experience in troubleshooting Citrix issues.
Resolves complex tickets related published applications, desktops and other Citrix related components u Troubleshooting the Citrix User related issues / Infrastructure issues.
u Maintain Citrix Data store, license servers, and Zone Data Collectors u Basic knowledge on PowerShell commandlets, scripting, and general automation activities u Knowledge on VMware vSphere infrastructure / AD / DNS /DHCP /GPO u Knowledge on Windows 2008/2012/2016 Server in an enterprise network environment u Certification - CCAA u Good exposure to ITIL process like incident, change, problem and change management u Should be able to plan and schedule changes as per client requirements.
u Good knowledge on ticketing tools SNOW, ITSM, HPSM u Good communication Skills u Willingness to work in shifts (24 x 7 x 365 model ) u Provide on call support if required.
May function as a Shift Leader.
VMware Skills Certification- VCP and MCSE

• In-depth knowledge and experience on VMware ESX and ESXi (4.

• In depth troubleshooting skills in VCenter, ESX and ESXi hosts, Networking ,storage and SRM (Site Recovery Manager)
• Capacity planning skill for virtual hosts and VMs.
• Experience on planning, deploying and maintain VMware vSphere environments.
• VM deployment skills form Templates and OVA/OVF.
• P2 V and V 2V conversion skills
• Good knowledge on VMware integrated backup and restore solutions.
• Knowledge and experience on Windows server operating systems (Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012) management and administration.
• Trouble shooting skill required on OS related issues which include memory dump analysis skills and performance tuning.
Windows
• In-depth knowledge and experience on Windows server operating systems (Windows 2003, 2008 and 2012) management and administration.
• High level trouble shooting skill required on OS related issues which include memory dump analysis skills and performance tuning.
• In-depth knowledge and experience on server security hardening with includes pa ching, antivirus, PKI infrastructure and IPSec encryptions.
• Good knowledge on Microsoft clustering and NLB services.
• Experience on designing Server infrastructure.
• Good knowledge on storage and networking which help to design server.
• Good control on windows command line tools and power shell/VB scripting.
• Working experience on Windows infrastructure services like FTP, Telnet, DNS and DHCP etc.
• Good knowledge on Microsoft licensing for Servers, Terminal services etc.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Qualifications :

• University degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 6+ years relevant experience
• Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) Advanced knowledge in one of the technologies relating to enterprise systems, networks, backup, storage, cloud or a customer proprietary, COTS, or Unisys application.
Have specific certifications on the respective domain, platform or application.
Ability to support multiple clients/ technologies as part of shared support delivery.
Must be client focused, display interpersonal skills and be an effective team member.
Ability to train and develop staff and/or client.
