Position DescriptionWE WOULD LIKE TO TRAIN YOU TO BECOME A ZAMBONI DRIVER!
Braemar Arena currently has openings for the Zamboni Driver/Maintenance position. This position is responsible for making quality ice at designated times, cleaning locker rooms and bathrooms in a safe manner. Bleachers, hallways and lobbies as assigned to your scheduled zone. Need to be able to interact with the public in a safe, professional, courteous, and helpful manner, as well as, being able to work as team when needed.
This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours and shifts that may include days, nights, weekend and/or holidays.
Qualifications
These positions require excellent customer service skills, be able to perform multiple tasks in a fast pace environment and have excellent communication skills and be self-motivated.
Minimum Age Requirement: The Zamboni Driver/Maintenance I candidate needs to be 18 years of age or older.
Physical Requirements: Weekly lifting, pushing and/or pulling up to 80 pounds. Assistive devices are available. Use of Zamboni requires frequent climbing and overhead reach to operate.
Desired Qualifications: Two years of related work experience is desired but, like we said, we are willing to train.
