Randstad Staffing is HIRING NOW for a direct hire Toolroom Supervisor in Anoka, MN with a metal stamping manufacturing company. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Toolroom Manager to drive the operations of our Toolroom and inspire a talented team of Toolmakers. Responsibilities

As the Toolroom Manager, you'll be at the helm of our Toolroom, overseeing daily operations and collaborating closely with management, Engineering, CNC, and Wire EDM departments to ensure seamless workflows. Your focus will include tracking project build schedules, optimizing preventive maintenance (PM) programs, and establishing a vibrant internship program to nurture the next generation of toolmaking talent.

• 5+ years of experience in toolmaking or Toolroom management, with expertise in metal stamping tool and die production.

• Proven leadership skills, with experience in team management, training, and performance tracking.

• Proficent technical knowledge of grinders, presses, CNC, wire EDM, and familiarity with quality control and shipping/receiving processes.

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills to juggle multiple projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to process improvement and quality excellence.

• Experience developing internship or apprenticeship programs is a plus.
