Full-time Mid-Level Provider (FNP or PA) for our Peterstown, WV Health Center.
Requires WV License and Board certification or eligibility to secure Licensure. Provide primary care medical services (acute and chronic) to all age populations. Loan reimbursement may be available if qualified through the National Health Services Corp. Prefer 2 years of Family Practice Experience. Clinic is open Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm,
No Weekends.
On-call is on a rotation.
