Position Overview:
Raizan Solutions LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled
to join a dedicated mental health team in Warren, MI. The ideal candidate will provide therapy services to individuals, couples, and families dealing with a wide range of mental health challenges. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help patients achieve their mental health goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient goals.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused therapy.
Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and other healthcare providers to ensure holistic patient care.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and resources.
Stay updated on the latest developments in mental health therapy and techniques.
Qualifications:
Required:
Education:
Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
Licensure:
Licensed in Michigan as a LMSW, LPC, or LMFT.
Experience:
Prior experience providing mental health therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting.
Preferred:
Specialized training or certification in trauma-focused therapy, CBT, or DBT.
Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative mental health team.
Proficiency in documentation and case management.
Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
