The person in this position will work with multidisciplinary project teams providing mechanical engineering and related technical expertise
Responsibilities:
Supervising the manufacturing processes,
Liaising with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required.
Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.
Establishing safety procedures and protocols that take the workers' well-being into account, and that also minimize the carbon footprint.
Drawing up production schedules and budgets for projects
Lep Carry out FMEAs (Failure Mode Effects Analysis) process documentation and implement improvement
Basic Qualification:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in engineering or associate degree in engineering
Industry experience of 1-2 years preferably in a manufacturing or Plant Quality Exp or Design
Strong Engineering understanding in Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering/ Quality Engineering
Knowledge and practical application of engineering principles, quality tools and methods such as Control Plans, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, 8D, SPC, ISO 9001
Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
Solid understanding of core concepts including mechanics, kinematics, thermodynamics, materials science etc.
Creativity and analytical skills
Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
Other Preferred Qualification are:
Experience with Autocad , Solid Works , or NX

Advanced Excel
PPAP
SAP
