Dental Hygienist Job Opportunity We are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at DentalWorks. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $70,000-$90,000 per year and a comprehensive benefits package.
Job Summary:
The primary role of this position is to provide exceptional patient care, educating patients on the oral systemic links. You will work with the front office staff to schedule appointments and build a robust recall program.
Responsibilities:
Provide routine dental hygiene services to patients, including cleanings, exams, and treatments
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
Communicate effectively with patients, dentists, and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
Participate in ongoing professional development and education to stay current with industry advancements
Requirements:
Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
CPR/BLS Certification
Local Anesthesia/Laser/Nitrous Oxide certification (if applicable)
