Key Responsibilities
The Physician Team Leader (POD Leader) serves as a pivotal resource and coach, enhancing the clinical performance of the team. This role involves collaboration with advanced practice providers to foster a cohesive and high-functioning team.
Qualifications
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Preferred experience in Geriatrics or managing complex patients
Active/unrestricted medical license and DEA
Experience with EMR systems
Current CPR Certification
Completion of an accredited residency program
ABMS or AOA board certification
Desirable Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Experience caring for patients in their home environments
Minimum Pay Rate
USD $250,000.00/Yr.
