Job Summary

Delivers nursing care in accordance with professional and legal standards.
Uses critical thinking to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care.

Essential Functions

Provides evidence-based nursing care.
Demonstrates high ethical and culturally sensitive behavior.
Assesses patient needs, develops individualized care plans, and facilitates discharge planning.
Ensures accurate and timely documentation.
Engages in professional development and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree Nursing required.
Completion of a competency-based orientation program required.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Michigan required.

Various physical demands with frequent standing and walking.
