Summary
The Finisher General Foreman is responsible for all facets of concrete placement, finishing and curing. Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel. Is regularly required to drive Baker vehicles and must comply with Company and DOT regulations.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Finisher General Foreman will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, high quality, and productive (SQP) manner. Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years related experience and/or training; 2 of which must be in a supervisory capacity. Proficient in concrete mix designs and the effects of its usage.
