Lead the end-to-end management of Salesforce/CPQ projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for project success while identifying business development opportunities.Upsell & Business Development:
Proactively identify upsell opportunities within existing projects, positioning additional services and solutions that align with customer needs.AI-Driven Automation:
Leverage AI tools to automate project tracking, reporting, and communication, ensuring efficiency across your project portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of complex projects, ensuring they stay within scope, budget, and timeline.Build strong relationships with customers, confidently address their needs, and identify opportunities for additional services or upsell potential.Candidate RequirementsAt least 3 years of experience in managing complex projectsAt least some technical familiarity with Salesforce environmentsExperience using generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini, to automate repetitive tasksThis position is also known as:
