Ardor Health Solutions is looking for a Home Health - HH to join our travel team in GARDEN CITY, NY! This is a full time travel contract position.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:

Active NY TLC HCS of Nassau Suffolk LLC (20137) license

2+ years of Home Health - HH experience

This position begins on 12/11/2024 and ends on 03/08/2025
