We are looking for a I.T. Technician to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate should have experience and background with a degree in a relevant I.T field from a college or university. The role will require working within a cross disciplinary team in a production environment to sustain our manufacturing efforts.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software and network related issues.
Configure, install, and manage corporate devices including but not limited to PCs and Android tablets.
Manage incoming support inquires from our Ops Team.
Balance incoming support requests and escalation, while attempting to determine root causes to
Resolve user issues on manufacturing floor and in field.
Assist in creating and maintaining of documentation.
Observe all safety rules and promote a safe working environment with team members.
Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
Debugging and troubleshooting
Follow the company process
Qualifications College degree in computer science or equivalent.
CompTIA A+ certificate
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
Hands on experience with Office365 environment
Experience with PC imaging and deployment software
Working knowledge of Windows and Linux desktop operating systems
Experience with troubleshooting and debugging approaches.
Basic understanding of network TCP/IP model.
Skill in organization, analysis, time management, prioritization, and the ability to meet deadlines for multiple tasks
Commitment to continuous improvement and quality of support and service
Good interpersonal skills and communication to interact with all levels of management
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to small details
Preferred experience AC/DC low voltage power system knowledge.
Ability to use multimeter

CompTIA Network+ Certificate.
