Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. As a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist, you will work with patients in the comfort of their own homes, providing evaluation, direction, and treatment of speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping patients achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate and direct speech/language pathology services to patients in the home or facility
• Participate in the development and periodic review of the Plan of Treatment and Plan of Care
• Utilize professional skills and judgment in assessing and treating disorders of speech, voice, language, hearing, and swallowing
• Administer and interpret diagnostic tests and applications of therapeutic treatments, including audiologic screening
• Observe, record, and report changes in the patient's condition and response to treatment to supervisor and/or physician
Requirements
• Meet the education and experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology granted by ASHA
• Minimum of six months experience as a speech therapist/speech-language pathologist
• Home Health experience a plus
• Current and unrestricted license
• Current CPR certification
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $59,300 and $80,900, depending on location and qualifications. Additionally, CenterWell Home Health offers paid time off, 401(k) retirement savings plan, employee assistance program, business travel accident insurance, and more.
