Job Summary:
Beaumont Home Health and Hospice is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide home-based therapy care for patients as directed by the attending physician. Your expertise will help patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' level of functioning and develop individualized OT plans of care
Provide skilled occupational therapy services, including passive/active exercise and activity programs
Educate patients and their families on disease management and proper use of equipment
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
Current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment
Minimum one-year experience as an OT in an acute care setting
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
