Position Title: Patriot Care Oversight Registered Nurse
Job Type: As needed only
Hours: Monthly client visits
Pay: $55 per visit
Schedule: Flexible. Day and afternoon hours needed.
Travel within The Canton region as required

Responsibilities: Conducting assessments and providing opportunities to residents to improve their well-being.
Works as a management team member representing Kennedy Care with facility manager and other housing management staff in serving residents/clients.
Provides limited case management (i.e., evaluation of social, psychological, and physical needs and the development of a service plan) for a resident.
Monitors the delivery of services to residents to ensure they are appropriate, timely, and satisfactory by Kennedy Care Life Care Professionals.
Completes reports, scheduling of team members, and additional management functions as needed.
Complete assigned training and education as necessary
Ability to use electronic software for timekeeping
Provide clear and efficient documentation

Requirements
Requirements Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan.
Must possess and maintain current CPR Certification.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Previous experience in an assisted living, home health, hospital, long-term care environment, or other related healthcare field.
Registered nurse with a Michigan licensure - experience in acute hospital or skilled nursing preferred
