As a Senior Packaging Automation Engineer, you will be accountable for providing the necessary direction and leadership to ensure technical success and technical performance across our Packing and Warehouse Automation platforms. In this role, you will significantly define our Automation Program and Warehouse Material Handling future concepts, including preparation for regional scalability and standardization.
This position is part of our Locate for Your Day program. Location options for this role are Cary, Jackson, Rome, Grand Rapids, Chicago, and Battle Creek. Travel to our project locations is estimated at 30%-50%.

The annual salary range is $130,500 - $171,255, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
