As an Associate Manager, Procurement at Kellanova, you will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies across multiple categories.
Your innovative thinking and negotiation skills will be crucial in maximizing Kellanova's value.

You'll be at the forefront of innovation, working with cross-functional teams and industry experts to drive growth and sustainability initiatives.
The dynamic nature of the role ensures that no two days are the same, offering continuous learning in procurement.
This position can be based out of our offices in Battle Creek, MI, or Chicago, IL.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

Category Strategy & Execution- Develop and implement category strategies by engaging with key stakeholders and focusing on future state improvements.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners and build relationships with external suppliers and industry experts.
Adhere to and enhance current processes.
Cost Reduction Focus- Achieve negotiated savings and year-over-year cost reductions while maintaining and improving product quality and supplier service levels.
Achieve cash flow improvement targets while budgeting and forecasting for the category.
Develop cost-reduction strategies and implementation plans.
Top-Line Growth-Support top-line growth through innovation, design-to-value initiatives, and thedelivery of unique raw materials.
Supplier Relationship Management-Leverage the sourcing process to select and manage suppliers, and measure and track internal performance within each spend category.
Sustainability & Responsible Sourcing- Collaborate internally and externally to develop programs that meet the company's sustainability and responsible sourcing commitments and procurement targets.

We're Looking for Someone With

High School Diploma.
Experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Skillset in market analysis, operations, strategy development, risk management, negotiations and sourcing, and supplier selection.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong analytical skillset and financial acumen.
