Role Summary:

In this role, you will report to the Senior Director of Customer Success. You'll play a pivotal role in managing the contract renewal process for our valued clients. We're looking for a highly motivated individual with exceptional attention to detail, who has strong communication skills.

What You'll Do:

Contract Renewal Management:
Oversee the end-to-end process of contract renewals. This includes monitoring contract expiration dates, initiating renewal discussions with clients, and negotiating terms.
Client Communication:
Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure they are updated during the renewal process and to address any concerns that may impact the renewal.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze contract performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management on renewal status and outcomes.
Collaboration with Customer Success:
Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless renewal process and to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities during renewal negotiations.
Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure all renewal documentation is accurate and compliant with company policies and legal requirements. Here you will work closely with the Sales Operations team.
Market Awareness:
Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies to effectively negotiate contract terms that are beneficial for both the client and the company.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in a renewal specialist or similar role, preferably in the technology/saas industry.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce ideally).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Our target salary range for this role is between $55,000 USD and $75,000 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
