We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a .Net Tech Lead

What you'll do:

Lead the design development and implementation of complex software solutions using Microsoft SSIS MS SQL Server React Azure and .NET.

Oversee the technical aspects of projects ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements design solutions and ensure successful project delivery.

Develop and maintain efficient reusable and reliable code to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Implement and manage continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development processes.

Ensure the security performance and scalability of applications through rigorous testing and optimization.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback for ongoing enhancements.

Contribute to the development of technical documentation including design specifications user manuals and training materials.

Support the team in achieving project milestones and delivering high-impact solutions that align with the companies goals and societal impact.

Preferred experience:

Possess a strong background in Microsoft SSIS MS SQL Server React Azure and .NET with hands-on experience in these technologies.

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Show a proactive approach to learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within specified timelines.

Display a commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for driving technical excellence.

Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.

Certifications Required:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
