Functional Tester

Job Summary

We are seeking a Tester Analyst with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web App Test Metrics and Reporting SNOW Testing Tools and Frameworks Manual E2E BPA Rally HP ALM Jira and Basic Programming. The role requires domain experience in Payer. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Healthcare knowledge is a must.
This role is open to hire in Mexico City, Guadalajara or Monterrey.
Strong SQL expertise is a must

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of web applications to ensure functionality and performance.
• Utilize test metrics and reporting tools to track and communicate testing progress and results.
• Manage and maintain SNOW for tracking and resolving testing issues.
• Implement and utilize various testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
• Perform manual end-to-end business process automation (BPA) testing to validate workflows.
• Use Rally for managing test cases defects and project tracking.
• Leverage HP ALM for test management and execution.
• Employ Jira for issue tracking and project management.
• Apply basic programming skills to create and execute test scripts.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Ensure testing processes align with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide detailed test documentation and reports to stakeholders.
• Participate in test planning design and execution phases.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in web application testing.
• Demonstrate proficiency in test metrics and reporting.
• Have hands-on experience with SNOW for issue tracking.
• Show expertise in various testing tools and frameworks.
• Exhibit skills in manual end-to-end BPA testing.
• Be proficient in using Rally for test management.
• Have experience with HP ALM for test execution.
• Demonstrate capability in using Jira for project management.
• Possess basic programming skills for test script creation.
• Have domain experience in Payer.
• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
• Show strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Be detail-oriented and able to provide comprehensive test documentation.
