We are seeking a Sr. Software Engineer with 8 years, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL Server, C#, SQL Azure, .Net Framework and React with JavaScript. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to the companys success. The position requires a proactive individual who can deliver high-quality software solutions in a day shift environment.

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL Server C# SQL Azure, .Net Framework and React with JavaScript.

• Knowledge in Azure is a plus.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement software applications.

• Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in existing software.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices.

• Develop and execute unit tests to ensure software quality.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Document software designs code and processes for future reference.

• Ensure software solutions are scalable, secure and maintainable.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment and monitoring processes.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong expertise in SQL Server C# SQL Azure and .Net Framework.

• Expertise with React with JavaScript.

• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.

• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Have experience with Agile development methodologies.

• Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

• Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated attitude.

• Have a strong understanding of software development best practices.

• Show the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.

• Have experience with unit testing and test-driven development.

• Be familiar with DevOps practices and tools.

• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

• Certifications as a plus: Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer
