The Opportunity

Tradebe is searching for technology savvy candidates for the position of Accounts Receivable Clerk to ensure customer set-up, submission of invoices to our customers and posting of payments received in a timely manner.

Key Job Responsibilities

* Submit invoices to customers via email or portal.

* Apply cash payments to customer accounts.

* Monitor and respond to inquiries in the credit and collections email inboxes.

* Process new account information forms and set up in our system.

* Accept credit card payments for COD orders.

* Issue statements and dunning reminders to customers.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Technology savvy

* Task management for a high number of customers

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to take initiative and follow through

* Experience with SAP is preferred, but not required
