Other minimum qualifications
Master's degree in counseling, psychology or related discipline, and two years of full-time counseling experience in a mental health agency or counseling center.
NH License or license eligible as a mental health professional. Computer skills as required by department for necessary reporting and electronic communications.
Exemplary written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Specialization and/or certification (LADC, Disordered Eating Specialist, EMDR, etc.).
Technologically Adept: proficient in Microsoft Office 365, experience with or a willingness to learn Titanium, CCAPS and time management software.
Demonstrated commitment to social justice, equity, and inclusion.
Recent and relevant clinical experience with students. Experience working with historically underserved communities.

Duties / Responsibilities

Job Duties
Duty/Responsibility

Provides individual counseling, group counseling, crisis counseling, and consultation to students.
Consultation services to faculty and staff regarding psychological issues which adversely affect the mental health of students.
Participation in emergency on-call rotation.


Participation in individual supervision/consultation with director and presentation at clinical/medical staff meetings.

Provide outreach and support for campus as needed/requested.
Other duties as assigned by Director (committees, projects, etc.).
