Now hiring-Medicare Financial Advocate Specialist
Responsible for providing customer service for members to help facilitate financial security by assisting our members with eligibility to qualify for full or partial dual enrollment. Provide proactive member outreach and education about program benets, advocating on behalf of interested and eligible members. From submitting forms to monitoring approvals to appealing denials, the member is guided throughout the process from start to finish.

Qualifications

High school diploma plus one to three years office/business experience; call center experience preferred and/or is currently demonstrating customer service skills, meeting current department metric and attendance guidelines within department.
Managed care with possible enrollment experience is preferred.
