The Assistant Buyer position will perform the following duties:

Ability to communicate with customers, vendors, community and company personnel in a positive and proactive manner.
Interact with vendors and company personnel in a friendly, timely and quality manner; ensure vendors' and company personnel questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner
Prepare weekly reports for management and buyers
Work with vendors and our corporate team to set up new items
Confirm with vendors orders have been received and track for on time delivery.
Ability to multitask, work with a variety of people and have a sense of urgency to get the job done.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Pre-employment drug testing, including testing for marijuana required.

Qualification:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1+year working in an office setting

Ability to multitask and learn software applications quickly.

Proficiency in MS Office, specifically outlook & Excel
