Vous contribuez à la protection de la santé physique et mentale des salariés sur le lieu de travail en collaboration étroite avec le Médecin du Travail.
Vous participez à la surveillance de la santé des salariés selon les protocoles établis :
organisation des visites médicales, réalisation des examens et explorations fonctionnelles.
Vous effectuez des entretiens infirmiers.
Vous prenez en charge les soins d'urgences selon les protocoles établis :
accidents du travail, soins d'urgence, accueil des salariés en difficultés pour des problèmes de santé, professionnels ou autres.
Vous proposez, organisez, et mettez en place des actions de prévention.
Vous contribuez aux études de postes.
Vous proposez des actions correctives et préventives.
Vous participez à des formations relatives aux risques de l'entreprise (bruit, produits chimiques, exposition au sang, troubles musculo-squelettiques,…).
Vous contribuez à la formation et au recyclage des Sauvetages Secouristes du Travail.
Vous sensibilisez les SST et les salariés à la prévention.
Vous collaborez à la formation et à l'information concernant les problèmes de santé publique (alcool, tabac, hygiène alimentaire,…) en fonction des problèmes identifiés, des demandes, des besoins exprimés.
Vous faites partie des groupes de recherche appliquée en participant à des commissions pluridisciplinaires (handicap, harcèlement, ergonomie,…).
Vous participez à des enquêtes et études concernant les besoins de santé.
Vous assurez la gestion et l'organisation du service de santé au travail :
planning des visites, gestion de la pharmacie, gestion des registres accident du travail, rédaction des rapports,….
Vous participez au CSE.
A l'écoute des salariés, sens du relationnel et de la communication, optimiste, ouvert, sociable, sérieux et rigoureux, réactif, discret, sens de la confidentialité, organisé et méthodique, sens du travail en équipe, force de proposition.
Diplôme Interuniversitaire Santé au Travail (DIUST) ou Licence Santé Travail ou Formation en Santé au Travail sont très appréciés.
