You'llalso help experienced drivers sharpen their skills and support those ondevelopment plans.

ResponsibilitiesProvide hands-on training in essential driving skills like safe backing, defensive driving, and load securement.Teach drivers to use in-cab technology, follow HOS compliance, and practice safe fueling.Instill a culture of safety, professionalism, and respect for company policies and procedures.Mentor drivers in customer service excellence, trip planning, and operating in inclement weather.Evaluate and document students? progress weekly, offering constructive feedback and coaching Benefits:

5+ years of verifiable, accident-free Class A driving experience in interstate commerce.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate new drivers.Experience in driver training is preferred but not required.
