-:Kennebunk Center for Health & Rehabilitation, a 78-bed, high-Medicare skilled nursing facility, and a member of the National Health Care Associates family of facilities, is losing its Director of Nursing due to a change in geography. We are seeking her replacement to continue the positive change we are experiencing in areas such as Staffing and Quality. The center has its eye on a 5-Star QM rating with CMS and is seeking a strong leader who will forge solid relationships with their Unit Managers and other IDT members.
What You'll Do:
As the Director of Nursing, you will provide strategic leadership to the nursing team, setting goals and objectives aligned with our mission. You will foster excellence and innovation in nursing care. Your leadership will shape the culture of our facility and drive the advancement of healthcare practice.
The Director of Nursing Services has 24-hour accountability and is responsible for the delivery of high-quality and cost-effective health care at the center, while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/resident and employee satisfaction.
