Supplemental Health Care is seeking LPNs in Bangor, Maine with prior Medicare Certified Visits experience for contract assignments with a partnering home health care provider. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.

Home Health Nurse Contract Details:

$1,560 - $1,713 per week*
13-week contract
SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
LPN will have a designated territory of coverage
Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with Medicare Certified Agency

Requirements:

Medicare Certified Agency Experience
Electronic Charting experience
Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
Current Maine Nursing License
Valid U.S. Driver's License
