A company is looking for a Manager, Implementation to oversee implementation aspects of various client benefit services.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee implementation processes for COBRA and other benefit services, ensuring compliance and effective communication
Evaluate staff performance and provide training and support to enhance team capabilities
Monitor departmental workflows and customer satisfaction, making continuous improvements as necessary
Required Qualifications
Prior management or leadership experience
Experience in client and escalation management
Knowledge of Federal and State COBRA regulations and administrative processes
Understanding of Section 125 regulations and procedures
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent management experience
