Your Contribution:

Responsible for overseeing the management and administration of sales and high-volume technical service contracts of their division, as well as the order processing and billing functions.
Conduct detailed audits of client billing data and contract records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Maintain and enhance client accounts within the SAP system, ensuring data integrity.
Manage and mentor offshore and outsourced teams, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and productivity.
Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing training programs for team members.
Oversee the maintenance of contractual records and documentation, ensuring all relevant information is accurately captured and updated.

Your Qualification:

Associate's degree and/or equivalent related work experience required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, billing, or related office functions.
Experience managing offshore or outsourced teams is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with SAP ERP and CRM systems is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills with excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly, work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
