Senior Systems Analyst for Tomahawk Program

Overview:
SimVentions, a 100% employee-owned company, consistently rated as one of Virginia's Best Places to Work, is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to support NAVAIR's Tomahawk Weapon System. Your expertise will be valuable in refining and developing the Tomahawk Weapon System's capabilities.

Clearance:
A Secret Clearance is required for this position. Applicants will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. US Citizenship is necessary to obtain a clearance.

Requirements:

Eligibility for DoD Clearance (United States Citizenship Required)
Minimum of 8 years of experience with the US Navy's Tomahawk, particularly in strike planning and weapon employment
Experience with operational, training, and test squadrons
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Advance and develop requirements for the Tomahawk program
Conduct thorough analysis of the Tomahawk system and program
Work collaboratively with team members to create system and software requirements, scenarios, test tools, and relevant documentation

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor of Science in engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science.

Education:
A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited institution in a scientific, engineering, or technical discipline is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation:
Compensation is determined by various factors such as experience, education, training, security clearance, work location, skills, and alignment with our corporate compensation plan. The projected annual compensation range for this position is $126,000 - $175,000 (USD), reflecting the standard salary range and forming part of a competitive total compensation package.
