Kay's engineering department is responsible for maintaining the mechanical, electrical & plumbing systems of our properties and is committed to providing exceptional customer service and a comfortable living experience for our residents.
The Assistant Engineer reports to the Regional Engineering Supervisor and is supported by the building engineering staff. This is a roving position throughout our Montgomery County communities.
