In this role, you will play a critical part in providing security architecture support across the program.
This includes cybersecurity solutions, aiding in business development, creating impactful presentations for both internal and client meetings, and delivering technical strategies for solutions, guidance, policies, and implementations.
We seek a highly motivated individual with a robust IT security background who excels in integrating, operating, and deploying security technologies while fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and clients.

Clearance Requirement:
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop security solutions and architectures tailored for clients.
  • Evaluate and implement information assurance/security standards and procedures.
  • Assist Authorizing Official (AO) actions by crafting security solutions, supporting documents, and artifacts adhering to RMF as defined in NIST 800-37 revision 2 and related agency-specific RMF requirements.
  • Contribute to an Audit and Accountability Plan encompassing methods, procedures, and planned reviews for continuous accreditation and authorization against AU family controls per NIST SP 800-53 guidance.
  • Guide the development and verification of organizational access control policies in compliance with risk-levels defined in NIST 800-53, rev 4, including annual audits.
  • Formulate integrated solutions, processes, and procedures for monitoring, remediating, and documenting information system security vulnerabilities in accordance with DoD Instruction (DoDI) 8510.01 (RMF for DoD IT).
  • Support the integration and implementation of Asset Management, Identity and Access Control Systems/Solutions, Compliance Monitoring and Remediation, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and single sign-on (SSO) solutions, along with other cybersecurity tools and solutions in line with relevant regulations.
  • Develop comprehensive security architectures and designs that address a variety of cybersecurity needs utilizing existing and emerging technologies.
  • Review and recommend updates to current security architectures, designs, and solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 12-15 years of relevant experience.
    Relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing or implementing security solutions, complete with all related documentation.
  • Strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and a knack for breaking down complex challenges into actionable steps.
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise security architectures with a focus on creating detailed diagrams and documentation for IT systems, including network topology.
  • Deep expertise in secure enterprise architecture design, specifically with C2C, IAM, NDR, EDR, SIEM, AI/ML, and additional cybersecurity tools.
  • A proven track record in selecting effective methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve desired results.
  • Familiarity with federal cybersecurity guidelines, including FISMA, NIST SP 800-37, and NIST 800-137.
  • Experience with developing architectures, strategies, strategic plans, roadmaps, and technical standards for a federal IT enterprise environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in C2C, PAM, and cloud architecture.
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation/Intelligent Automation.
  • Ability to develop business cases supporting security technology solutions.
  • Additional certifications indicating cybersecurity/technical mastery.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
