In this L2 Technician role, you will have access to a wide variety of challenging tickets across multiple technologies. We want to hear from you if you have:

Experience building PCs
1-3+ years of Help Desk/System Admin experience
MCP
Familiarity with time logging/tracking

It would be a definite plus to have:

A+, Net+, CCNA, MCSA, MCSE
Experience supporting Small Business network infrastructure
Cisco/Avaya or other telephony experience
