Lead Systems Analyst - Tomahawk Weapon System

We are seeking a Lead Systems Analyst with expertise in the Tomahawk Weapon System to support the NAVAIR program office. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and evolution of critical defense systems while collaborating with a talented team.

Clearance Requirement: All applicants must possess a Secret Clearance. US Citizenship is required to obtain this clearance.

What You'll Need:

Eligibility for DoD Clearance (US Citizenship is mandatory)
8+ years of experience working with the US Navy Tomahawk, specifically in strike planning and weapon employment
Experience with operational squadrons, training squadrons, and test squadrons
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Developing and enhancing Tomahawk program requirements
Conducting comprehensive analysis of the Tomahawk system and programs
Collaborating with a dynamic team to create system and software requirements, scenarios, and documentation

Preferred Background: A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, or computer science is highly valued but not a strict requirement.

Compensation and Benefits:

Our compensation is determined by various factors, including experience, education, security clearance, and skills. The projected annual compensation range for this role is $126,000 - $175,000 (USD).
