Med Surg RN - Urology/Nephrology.

Minimum 2 years' experience required.
Weekend REQ:
Will work every other weekend Is on-call REQ? No.
Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes will float to other Medical Surgical units Open to accommodating block schedule? Will try but not guaranteed.

No- must have active IL license to apply.
RTO Restrictions:
Ideally no more than 5 days.
Guaranteed Hours:
Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.

Required Work Setting Experience:
MS/Tele, Med/Surg.
Job Requirements Minimum 2 years' experience in medical/surgical nursing.
First-timers accepted:
Yes - Want to see they have a solid foundation as an RN if they are new to travel.

Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience:
Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams.
Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience:
Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure.
Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience:
Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs.
Required Medication Skills/Experience:
Heparin.
Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience:
Chest tubes-Emerson/Pleur-evac, CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Portable Oxygen tank.
Required Professional Knowledge and Skills:
Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac.
Cerner experience required.
Additional Details Required based on unit/specialty.
Must be AHA (RQI acceptable).
Required if candidate is requesting a Religious Exemption from flu vaccine.
Physical within a year of start, and updated annually.
9-Panel drug screen required within 30 days of start (instant acceptable).
