The Leidos National Security Sector, part of the Mission Engineering, Integration, & Operations Business Area, invites you to apply your skills within the Space Force Cryptologic Office (SFCO) based in Ft Meade, MD.

Job Summary

As a Cryptologic Operations Specialist, you will serve as a vital link between the USSF Service Cryptologic Component (SCC) and the National Security Agency (NSA), focusing on all USSF cryptologic mission operations. You will engage with a diverse group of operational and technical experts across the Intelligence Community (IC) to ensure that USSF cryptologic elements are fully equipped to meet space and counter-space demands.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance space capabilities to protect national interests.
Create strategic effects in the space domain to accomplish Service, Combatant Command, and national goals including space control and support operations by employing both established and innovative tactics, techniques, and procedures.
Represent USSF interests in various operational forums, from action-officer to senior leadership levels.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Demonstrate a proactive problem-solving approach.
Work independently while effectively collaborating with teams to meet customer objectives in a dynamic environment utilizing critical thinking and innovation.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience, or a Masters with 10 years of experience. Relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
Demonstrated experience in technical management or oversight.
Experience in Cryptologic and/or Space Operations, including tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED).
Familiarity with ELINT, COMINT, analysis, and reporting (fusion).
Proven experience in National Intelligence.
Background in training and force development/management.
Extensive knowledge of relevant Space, Military, and NSA policies, operations, and staff functions.
Active TS/SCI clearance and a current Polygraph examination.

Preferred Qualifications:

Recent assignment in Space Force Intelligence.
Over 20 years of experience in Intelligence, including Cryptologic, SIGINT, COMINT, ELINT, and Space Intelligence.

Pay Range:
$89,700.00 - $162,150.00
