This position will work cross-functionally as a member of the Client's IT Team supporting Engineering, Quality and Manufacturing Operations.
This role will provide primary support for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of software applications intended to deploy our Factory of the Future, while maintaining regulatory and compliance requirements in the design and manufacture of medical devices.
Specifically, this Systems Analyst role will be responsible for supporting Enterprise Asset Management with key functions including Asset Management, Work Order Management, Preventive Maintenance, Inventory Management, Asset Tracking and Monitoring, Compliance and Risk Management, Reporting and Analytics, Mobile Access and Integration with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and other Systems.
As such, it provides an opportunity to drive positive changes in technology while supporting the cultural transition from manual to automated processes.

Job Details:

Analyze, administer and support current and new IT solutions with greatest focus upon supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and related integrations.
Support project teams by developing, deploying, and supporting applications.
Analyze current business processes then document, recommend and help implement improvements so operations can realize the value.
Develop conceptual data models and data flows.
Employ best practices.
Review system modifications for cross-compatibility and integration.
Perform gap analysis and recommend alignment.
Develop and perform testing for software validation, including integration testing and unit testing.
Possess working knowledge of quality processes and controls.
Deliver training to end users regarding standard functionality of applications.
Troubleshoot and optimize processes.
Assist with the execution of projects, installations, upgrades, and revisions from design through deployment.
Support database activities and schedules.
Lead and/or support corrective actions related to nonconformances found within processes.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems to manage and maintain physical assets throughout the entire lifecycle, including procurement, installation, performance, maintenance, compliance, risk management and disposal. Experience supporting IBM Maximo Asset Management and/or SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/PM) is a plus.

Support Facilities, Engineering and Calibration in executing and tracking activities, priorities, skills, materials, tools, and information associated with an asset, enabling them to optimize utilization, increase productive uptime and reduce operational costs overall.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Must demonstrate logical judgment and organizational skills.
Must be an effective listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must demonstrate a deep understanding of mathematics and statistical analysis.
Must have firsthand experience with physical and relational data models.
Must exhibit effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and techniques.
Knowledge of GAMP5 methodology, GxP compliance and FDA process validations, including development and execution of protocols is a plus.
Ability to support end users and provide technical assistance remotely and locally.

Background Experiences

Associate degree with technical training preferred equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
Experience in manufacturing or supporting manufacturing or quality systems is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
