As the Director of Strategy and Analytics, you will lead a dynamic team of managers and analysts to uncover insights that drive meaningful improvements in food & beverage operations. Using data, analytical methods, and strategic thinking, your team will help answer critical questions-from understanding guest preferences to optimizing menu offerings. You'll play a pivotal role in improving the guest experience, boosting financial performance, and enhancing operational efficiency.
You won't be alone - you will work with over 120 data & analytics colleagues to deploy our proprietary products, identify new opportunities, and oversee ad hoc projects. This role is for you if you're a proactive leader with a strong combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills energized by maximizing your team's impact on organizational success.
