Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, service, and repairs on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions, providing efficient and effective repairs.
Install, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, including controls, thermostats, motors, and compressors.
Manage time effectively to independently complete assigned projects within deadlines.
Lead and train helpers, fostering a collaborative, team-focused work environment.
Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating with clients, addressing questions, and providing solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and using safety equipment as necessary.
Keep detailed records of work performed and materials used, ensuring accurate documentation for efficient operations and client satisfaction.
Attend training sessions to stay current with HVAC industry best practices and certifications.

Qualifications

License: Active Journeyman HVAC License (required).
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, tools, and techniques for effective service.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and reliability.
Driving: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Travel: Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday with occasional weekends as needed.
Service Rotation schedule with additional earning potential

Various residential and commercial sites within the Baltimore Metro Area served by Stephen J. Tant Plumbing LLC.
