Anticipated Salary Range:
$129,620.00 - $210,000.00.
The salary range for this role is intended as a good faith estimate based on the role's location, expectations, and responsibilities.

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Software Engineer to join our team.
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software capabilities for computer-based systems.
You will work closely with other talented engineers to create software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Work is performed on customer site in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 5 days a week.
Must be able to travel CONUS up to 50% of the time.

Minimum Qualifications Security Clearance - Must have a current TS/SCI level security clearance; U.S.
Citizenship required.
9+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Modern Java Frameworks and Libraries (e.g.
Spring, Guava) with Bachelors in related field; 7 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 13 years relevant experience.
Experience in RESTful web services.
Experience in Microservices architecture.
Experience in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) paradigms.
Experience with the agile software lifecycle.
Has a proven ability to learn quickly and works well both independently as well as in a team setting.
Experience with the Linux operating system.
Experience with configuration management tools (e.g.
Git, Nexus, Maven).
DoD 8140 / 8570 compliance certifications is required as directed by the customer.
Must be able to work on customer site in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 5 days a week.
Preferred Requirements Experience with NOSQL databases such as Accumulo desired OR experience querying and optimizing SQL databases.
Prior experience supporting cyber and/or network security operations within a large enterprise, as either an analyst, engineer, architect, or developer.
Experience in cloud based technologies (AWS, Azure).
Scripting experience is a huge plus.
Prior experience or familiarity with our Big Data Platform is a plus.
Understanding of AGILE software development methodologies and use of standard software development tool suites (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Github Enterprise, etc.).
