Education:
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science Information Systems or related field or three (3) years of equivalent experience in a related field.
A Masters Degree in information technology is a plus.
General Experience:
Experience performing architecture related work on at least five (5) IT systems.
Specialized Experience:
Experience performing a significant role in all aspects of architecture related work on at least two (2) large IT systems.
Personnel Preferred Experience 1.
5 years experience as a systems architect

Demonstrated progression in responsibilities and roles with experience in designing and implementing complex IT solutions within the Transportation Industry.

Expert level knowledge or experience in enterpriselevel modeling and tools (ex.

Experience building solutions in MS Azure

Active PMP certification

Active mid to advanced cloud certification (Azure AWS GCP etc.).

6 years experience with MS Power Platform.
Substitution of Education for Experience
A bachelors degree or higher may be substituted for the general and specialized experience for those labor categories requiring a High School Diploma.
A masters degree may be substituted
for two years of general and specialized experience for those labor categories requiring a bachelors degree.
